Working with Data Providers: Policy relating to Working with Data Providers must take acount of the development of charging procedures andpolicy elements. 4.Activities Supporting this Policy: 4.1rECOrd's Charging Policy wil be further detailed within its SLA'swith sponsors and other organisations,and in internalmanagement memoranda,aswel as beingset outwithinthe"Aces Terms andConditions"document. 4.2rECOrd wil produce its "Aces Terms and Conditions" in an accesible format for distribution to its customersand users.These terms and conditionswil be made freely available toenquirersorother interested parties. It wil also supply them through other media, including the rECOrd web-site and via the National Biodiversity Network (NBN). 4.3In seting its charges rECOrd wil use its core available work hours and overal budget as a basis for establishing its costs, including the costs of managing its operation.
